Under the viaduct encounter
In *Your Name.*, during the end credits montage, the male protagonist Taki Tachibana stands on a sidewalk beneath a gray concrete expressway viaduct, with thick pillars and blurred traffic in the background. The female protagonist Mitsuha Miyamizu approaches from the opposite direction, they pass each other, then both stop and turn back hesitantly. The underside of the viaduct fills the top of the frame, and the lighting is slightly dim, giving a sense of perspective.
