Trumpet on the Connecting Bridge
In Sound! Euphonium 2, at the beginning of Episode 1, the evening sky is dyed orange. On the open-air bridge connecting two school buildings, Reina’s golden trumpet gleams. She practices alone, her high-pitched melody drifting in the evening breeze. Nozomi approaches from the other end, exchanges a few words, then leaves. In the distance, the noise of other clubs and the sound of members packing up can be heard.
