Red wooden bridge and moat
In *Flying Witch*, the protagonist Makoto Kowata crosses a vermilion wooden bridge every day on her way to school. Beneath it lies a clear moat, and in the distance stand ancient stone walls and a castle. She often pauses here to enjoy the changing seasons: cherry blossoms in spring, lush greenery in summer, autumn leaves reflected on the water, and serene snow in winter.
