Hakone Shrine Ema Hall
In *Hakone-chan*, the characters visit a shrine's ema hall. The camera shows neatly arranged wooden racks filled with ema (votive tablets) bearing people's wishes. Surrounded by ancient trees and stone lanterns, the atmosphere is serene; occasionally a breeze causes the ema to clatter softly. The characters pause here, perhaps to write their own wishes.
