In *Haruchika: Haruta & Chika*, the ending sequence slowly pans to a school gate: white pillars with dark iron railings, a school nameplate on the left, lush trees on both sides, fallen leaves on the ground—an autumn atmosphere. Then the two protagonists walk side by side out of the gate, starting their way home.
