Kitauji High School Gate and Slope
In *Sound! Euphonium*, this is the gate of Kitauji High School that protagonist Kumiko Oumae passes every day on her way to school. The camera follows the slope leading up to the gate, lined with cherry trees, as students in uniform walk into the school grounds. It is here that Kumiko begins her high school life and first encounters members of the concert band club.
