Caster's underground temple altar
In Fate/Zero, episode 9, the blue-haired priest (Caster) sets up a ritual altar in a vast underground drainage chamber beneath Fuyuki City. Torches flicker around, children are locked in iron cages, and he performs a ceremony to summon a sea monster. The space is filled with towering concrete columns, dark and damp, echoing with water and incantations.
