Future Gadget Lab Building
In Steins;Gate, this is the building where the "Future Gadget Lab" is located. In episode 2, Okabe Rintaro and his friends come and go from here. The building looks old and grungy, with pipes and outdoor AC units on the facade, and a vending machine on the ground floor. They conduct experiments using the "Phone Microwave" here.
