In *Steins;Gate*, Rintaro Okabe and his friends often gather in front of this large electronics department store. The building has a huge electronic screen above the entrance playing advertisements, and the area is bustling with people. The protagonist was once seen running here in a panic, chasing someone important. A railway viaduct is visible nearby.
