In *Steins;Gate*, Rintaro Okabe frequently crosses a river bridge near Akihabara. The bridge railing is light green, and there is a nameplate with Chinese characters. In episode 5 especially, he stands alone on the bridge, gazing at the distant skyscrapers and the river, contemplating the possibility of time leaps.
