Opening Station
In 'Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko' (or 'Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl'), at the start of episode 1, the protagonist Makoto Niwa gets off a local train at a one-track rural station. The platform is deserted except for a small shelter and wooden benches, surrounded by gentle hills and lush rice paddies, with an occasional car passing by in the distance.
