Harmonica on the riverbank
In *Your Lie in April*, the first meeting of Kousei and Kaori takes place on the riverbank of a wide river. Kaori sits on the edge of the slope, playing a harmonica, with sunlight filtering through cherry blossom trees. Kousei is drawn by the music and stops, beginning their journey of music and lies. The riverbank is open on one side, leading to a residential area on the other.
